Acrylic Bead with Irregular Rubber Coating, 10mm wide, 12mm long and with a 1.6mm hole diameter. Ideal for necklaces, bracelets, earrings, key rings and DIY accessories with subtle colour accents. It can be used as a spacer bead on cord, thread, fishing line or wire, either on its own or interspersed with other elements, adding colour and a soft, matt texture without adding unnecessary weight.     Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
