RETURN POLICY

Terms and Conditions for any return of goods:

 

All our products are subject to quality control before being packed and shipped to the customer. That being said, in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns

1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

 

2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

 

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

 

2. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account to be used on your next purchase or replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

 

Dispatch

Returns can be made using our UPS account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group SA.
