ORDER METHODS

Use the SIGN IN / REGISTER field to log in or select the registration as a new user by filling in the required form either as a Personal or a Business account. Upon registering, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 working days. As soon as you are granted access, you will have visibility to all the information needed (price, availability, packaging, etc.) and may place your order. Our products are available in packs as mentioned on the product page and orders can be placed through our e-shop or by email to [email protected]

 

If you already have an account and you have forgotten your password, you can follow the password reminder procedure from the SIGN IN / REGISTER page. Fill in the email that was used when your account was first created and you will receive an email with instructions for recovering your password.


 

NIKOLIS GROUP SA ensures the best service in terms of quality, processing / execution time and shipment of the products to your destination. We know that it is very important for our customers to receive an excellent quality product in the best possible time frames.

 

For the availability of the products please refer to the colored bullets next to each item after you have logged in:

  • - Restricted Availability                            Current stock is low*
  • - Available Upon Request                       Item availability upon request thus MOQ required for production

 

* The information provided is based on virtual real-time stock. Real-time means that our inventory is updated instantaneously when items are sold but this also means the provided availability may change by the time your order is processed.

 

Any order is processed within the day or the next business day and will be shipped in an average of 2-10 workdays provided the products are available. In case a product shows no availability at the time of placing your order, you may order the minimum required quantity mentioned on our website. In case a specific product seems unavailable or runs out of stock, the required processing lead time usually takes 10-15 days but some items may take much longer depending on the type of component and raw material availability. While we are processing your order, you can always follow our progress here (My account, Order history, Pending orders).

 

As soon as we proceed to shipment, we will inform you by email with the corresponding invoice and tracking number. Depending on the destination, the parcel will arrive within:

  • 24-48 hours for EU countries
  • 2-5 days for non-EU countries (any further delay would depend on local laws and customs clearance)
