ORDERING FAQ:

1. How can I order?

In order to place your order online you need to create an account with us by filling in the form located on the upper right (REGISTER---->CREATE AN ACCOUNT). Once the form is filled we will contact you by e-mail with your credentials within 2 working days.

2. I forgot my password>

You may always retrieve your password by clicking on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link located in the SIGN IN area. Just fill in your e-mail address used once registered with us and a link will be sent to your e-mail.

3. May I place an order over the phone?

We are sorry but all orders must be placed online, by fax (+30 2102829019) or by e-mail ([email protected]). Of course you can always contact our team by phone (+30 2102814014) for any product inquiry or issue you may have.

4. I want to change my password;

Once logged in click on VIEW MY ACCOUNT on the upper right and then MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION. Just fill in the required data and your new password will be activated and saved.

5. How do I place an order?

Once you find the item you wish to add, type the quantity per packs you need to purchase and just click the "basket" button on the right. The item goes to your basket. By clicking on the basket button on the upper right you may do one of the following:
Change the quantity of any item
Delete any item
Continue shopping by clicking again anywhere in the website
Create your order and proceed to checkout.

6. Why the number of packs required in some items is bigger than the quantity I need?

Once logged in you may refer to the colored bullets next to each item. In cases that the bullet is red it means that the item is currently out of stock and a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required with an estimated delivery time from a few days up to 4 weeks.

7. I'm ready to checkout…

Click "Proceed to Checkout" from your shopping cart summary. Then choose your preferred delivery and payment method and click on Place the Order button. A confirmation email will be sent and your order is ready to be processed to our team.

8. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard bank cards. In case of payment by bank transfer you can send a wire transfer to ΙΒΑΝ: GR32 0140 1390 1390 0200 2014 473, BIC/ SWIFT ADDRESS: CRBAGRAA. Just e-mail a copy of your bank transfer back to us by stating the order number.

9. Do you have a printed catalogue?

We do not supply a printed catalog. Our website is the best way to find what you are looking for as it is updated daily.

10. When my order is shipped?

We are trying to complete any order as soon as possible and our average shipping time is 2 working days after receipt of the payment. Most of the orders containing items that are in stock are shipped if not in the same day (if order is received before 12pm) then in the next working day.

11. How much will the shipping cost be?

Shipping cost is calculated depending on the destination and on the weight and will be shown when you create your order.

12. How will my order be shipped?

Shipments are usually made by DHL or UPS air-courier under extremely special rates (freight cost is paid by the customer) and by express saver service. For most of the destinations worldwide, the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. For high volume orders, we are also able to search for the best price available and confirm the price with you prior to shipment for confirmation.

13. How may I track my order once shipped?

A tracking number is always provided by the time that your order is shipped from our representatives by e-mail and you may always check the status here shipments by UPS or Shipments by DHL

14. Who pays customs duties (if any)?

Any custom duties that may apply by your country’s local customs authorities is on your responsibility.
