Ceramic washer bead with enamel, with an outer diameter of approximately 20mm, a thickness of 10mm, and a hole diameter of 10mm. Ideal for voluminous creations, it is used as a threaded centerpiece in necklaces or as a spacer in designs with large materials. This specific bead can be incorporated into compositions with thick cords or leather straps that require a large opening for threading.     Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
