Ceramic tube with a length of 10mm, an outer diameter of 8mm and a hole diameter of 3mm. Ideal for creations with cords or wire, it is used as an intermediate element in bracelets and necklaces. Its cylindrical shape allows for easy integration into compositions that require stability and volume. It can be placed between other beads to create spacers or combined with 6–10mm beads to highlight its shape.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
