Ceramic washer bead with an outer diameter of 10mm, a thickness of 5mm, and a hole diameter of 4mm. Ideal for bracelets and necklaces, it is used as a spacer element or as a central detail in cord compositions. Its shape allows for easy integration into strands with beads of different materials, creating interesting volume contrasts. It can be combined with 8–12mm round beads to provide stability and rhythm to the design.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
