Cast zamak metal bead with an outer diameter of 5mm, a body thickness of 3.4mm and a hole diameter of Ø2.2mm, suitable for handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring a metal spacer with a more substantial presence than a thin spacer. Used in bracelets, necklaces, charms, wedding favours and beaded jewellery, it helps to maintain the correct spacing between materials and ensures a cleaner, more organised design. Its shape acts as a small metal spacer within the strand, whilst the Ø2.2mm hole allows cords or threaded materials requiring stability to pass through easily.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
