Cast zamak metal bead with an outer diameter of 4.8mm, a thickness of 1.3mm and a Ø1.2mm hole, ideal as a small metal bead for bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendants, charms and delicate DIY projects. The Ø1.2mm hole is primarily designed for threading applications using thread, fishing line, wire or very fine cord, allowing the bead to be used as a spacer, a small metal detail or an intermediate element between beads, motifs and other components.     Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
