Metal Zamak Square Tube Bead, 11mm long, with a side dimension of 3mm and an internal hole diameter of Ø1.4mm, ideal for threading applications, spacing and linear metal details in handmade jewellery and DIY projects. It is used as a square tube in bracelets, necklaces, earrings or charms, in combination with cords, chains, beads, charms or motifs. The elongated square shape lends a cleaner geometric line and a modern flair to the design.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
