Flat, heart-shaped zamak metal bead, with an outer diameter of 6mm and a Ø1mm hole, for delicate applications in bracelets, necklaces, earrings, wedding favours, charms and DIY jewellery. Used as a separator or a distinctive ‘love’ element between beads, motifs and charms, adding a romantic detail, a clean flow, balance and a more refined finish without adding bulk to the design.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
