The zamak metal cone washer bead has a diameter of 5.4mm, a thickness of 4mm, and a hole diameter of 1.6mm. Its cast shape offers a distinct volume that can highlight the details of your handmade jewelry. You can combine it with smaller beads, indicatively 3–4mm, by placing them alternately on a bracelet to create an interesting rhythm. In a necklace, the cone washer can be used as a spacer element between larger beads, adding a distinct aesthetic to the composition.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
