The cast metal zamak washer bead has a diameter of 5.7mm, a thickness of 3.5mm, and a hole diameter of 2.7mm. Its shape is discreet and its metallic texture fits many different compositions. You can combine it with round beads, indicatively 6–8mm, in a bracelet or necklace. The washers can be placed alternately between the other beads, adding metallic details that highlight the shape of your materials.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
