Polyhedral Zamak cast metal bead measuring 3x3.4mm with an inner hole diameter of Ø1.5mm, ideal for stringing, spacing and decorative details in handmade jewellery and DIY projects. It is used as a small metal bead between cords, chains, charms, motifs or other beads, as well as in bracelets, necklaces, earrings, charms and wedding favours. Its polyhedral shape offers geometric detail, a subtle sheen and a clean, professional finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
