The zamak metal ball bead has a diameter of 6mm and a hole diameter of 2.8mm. Its cast construction offers a uniform and stable form that is easily incorporated into various handmade creations. You can combine it with smaller beads, indicatively 3–4mm, by placing them between the metal elements to create interesting alternations. In a bracelet, this bead can act as a spacer, highlighting its round shape next to more elongated elements or beads made of natural materials.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
