Metal bronze bead with an outer diameter of 6mm, a body thickness of 1.2mm and a hole diameter of Ø2.8mm, suitable for handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring a delicate metal spacer that allows for easy threading. It is used in bracelets, necklaces, wedding favours, charms and stringed jewellery, helping to organise the spacing between materials without adding bulk.     Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
