Polygonal Haematite Bead with an outer diameter of 3mm and an inner hole diameter of Ø1mm, ideal for stringing applications, as spacers and for adding small, sparkling details to handmade jewellery and DIY projects. It is used as a small semi-precious stone bead in bracelets, necklaces, earrings, charms or wedding favours, combined with cords, chains, metal elements, charms and other beads. Its polyhedral shape creates brilliant reflections and adds a more defined, geometric detail to the design.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
