Haematite Bead Chips, ranging in length from 5 to 6 mm, 3.5 mm thick and with a 1.4 mm diameter hole. Ideal for necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets and handmade jewellery featuring semi-precious stones. Used as a spacer bead on thread, cord or wire, in continuous strands or interspersed amongst other elements, adding natural texture and a metallic sheen. The irregular shape of the chip creates an organic flow and unique variations in the composition.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
