Diamond-cut agate bead, 10mm in diameter. Each strand contains approximately 37 pieces. The off-white and gray tones are crossed by dark lines that form an irregular grid, adding unique patterns to bracelets and short necklaces. Frame it with smaller black beads and silver-colored elements so that its simple color palette allows the design of its surface to stand out.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
