The round grey agate bead has a diameter of 10mm and a hole diameter of approximately 1.4mm. Each strand features approximately 38 pieces. The soft shades of grey and the natural variations in color make each bead unique. Agate is symbolically associated with the enhancement of positive energy and can be used in elegant bracelets or necklaces. You can combine the beads with smaller ones, for example 6–8mm, or place metal spacers between them, allowing the neutral grey color to stand out within the composition.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
