Cast zamak metal lobster clasp, with external dimensions of 6x12mm (6mm wide and 12mm long), ideal for a secure fastening on necklaces, bracelets, anklets and DIY projects. The opening mechanism, featuring a small lever, makes it easy to fasten and unfasten, whilst it can be attached to a jump ring, extension chain, end cap or cord end. The 6x12mm size offers a secure hold and a clean metallic finish for delicate and medium-sized designs, without making the jewellery look bulky.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
