Zamak magnetic clasp set, with external dimensions of 6mm wide x 16mm long and an internal opening of approximately 3.2mm wide x 2.2mm high, ideal as a magnetic clasp for necklaces, bracelets, necklaces and DIY projects requiring easy opening and closing and a clean finish. The opening is suitable for thin, flat cords, ribbons or other compatible materials up to approximately 3.2 mm wide and 2.2 mm thick, whilst slightly narrower materials fit more comfortably. It can be used in handmade jewellery, accessories and many other creations.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
