Round cast zamak magnetic clasp with external dimensions of 8mm x 5.3mm and a Ø5mm socket, for finishing bracelets, necklaces and DIY projects with a round base of around 5mm. It is fitted at the ends of the piece, joining the design with an easy magnetic open-and-close mechanism and helping to transform a simple cord into a finished piece of jewellery, with a secure fit, a clean metallic finish and a more professional look.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
