Cast Zamak metal cap, 12mm wide, 9.5mm high, 12mm long, with an oval inner socket measuring 7x9.6mm. Ideal for finishing flat cords, bracelets, necklaces and DIY jewellery, it is used to neatly cover the end of the cord and create a secure attachment point for a clasp or jump ring. Its flat shape fits well on wider cords and provides a neat, durable and professional metal finish to your creation.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
