Metal bronze-coloured brass cap bead, with an outer diameter of 4mm, height of 4.2mm, a socket of Ø3.2mm and a through hole of Ø1.5mm, for finishing cords, bracelets, necklaces and DIY jewellery. Used as a small end cap to cover the end of the material, conceal knots or joins, and provide a neat, secure and more professional finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
