Zamak End Cap 12x17mm Ø10x5mm

Cast Zamak metal clasp, 12mm wide, 17mm high, with an oval inner opening measuring 10x5mm. Ideal for finishing necklaces, bracelets, key rings and handmade accessories made with wide, flat cords or strips. It is used to cover and secure the end of the material. Its oval shape follows the contour of the cord and provides a neat finish to the piece.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
