Cast zamak metal end cap, with external dimensions of 22x13mm and a Ø10.2mm socket, ideal for round cords of approximately 10mm. The 22 mm refers to the total length of the end cap, the 13 mm to the external width of the metal end cap, and the Ø10.2 mm socket to the opening into which the end of the cord fits. It is used to cover and secure the end cap on necklaces, bracelets, charms, key rings and DIY accessories, providing a clean metal connection with a professional finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
