Metal Brass Wire End Cap, suitable for 0.69mm diameter wire. Ideal for securely finishing necklaces, bracelets, anklets and beaded jewellery. It is used at the point where the wire connects to a clasp or fastening, guiding the wire through the two tubular ends and protecting the loop from friction and wear. Its horseshoe-shaped design creates a secure connection and a neat, professional finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
