Metal clasp bead with silicone, with an outer diameter of 6 mm, body height of 3 mm and hole diameter of Ø1.5 mm, suitable for handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring practical threading with a secure hold. It is used in bracelets, necklaces, wedding favours, charms and adjustable designs, helping the cord or thread to stay in place without a traditional clasp. The internal silicone creates resistance to the thread passing through and allows for a more controlled application, whilst the metal exterior keeps the finish clean and discreet.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
