A die-cast bronze cord end cap with an external width of 3mm, a total length of 5mm and a hole diameter of Ø1.8mm, suitable for handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring stabilisation, securing and a clean finish on threaded materials. It is used in bracelets, necklaces, keepsakes, charms and delicate pieces, primarily to secure knots, cord, wire or strings at the end of the jewellery. Its press-fit design applies pressure to the material, helping the finish to remain secure and more refined, without looking slapdash or unfinished.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
