Metal bronze opening clasp with an outer diameter of 9mm, an inner diameter of 6mm and a wire thickness of 1.5mm, suitable for handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring a stronger connection and a more prominent metal fastening. It is used in necklaces, bracelets, earrings, key rings, charms and wedding favours, for connecting chains, clasps, charms, motifs or other metal components. The larger outer diameter provides more space for the connection, whilst the 1.5mm thickness helps the clasp hold more securely in designs requiring a more durable finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
