304 Stainless Steel Enamelled Hoop Earring, with an outer diameter of 18mm and a thickness of 3mm, ideal for ready-made earrings, everyday jewellery, fashion collections and handmade DIY creations. Used as a ready-made enamelled earring hook, it can be worn on its own or combined with small charms, hooks, chains or pendant motifs. Its round shape gives it a clean, balanced line, whilst the enamel adds a playful touch to the design.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
