304 Stainless Steel Chain, with links 4mm long and 3mm wide, and a wire thickness of 0.8mm. Ideal for necklaces, bracelets, earrings and DIY accessories with a metal base or pendant elements. It can be used as the main strand of a piece of jewellery or cut to the desired length for connecting to clasps, jump rings, motifs and beads. The small oval links create a delicate, sturdy and flexible chain that highlights the decorative elements without visually weighing down the design.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
