Knitted polyester cord, 10 mm wide, 8 mm thick and approximately 5 metres in total length. Ideal for making necklaces, bracelets, straps, key rings and handmade accessories that require a cord with a bold presence and sturdy structure. It is used as the main material in the construction and can be cut to the desired length, tied or finished with end caps and fastenings suitable for its dimensions.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
