Metal zamak terminal with a total length of 10mm, external width of 6.3mm, an external socket diameter of Ø10.2mm and an internal opening of 5.2mm, suitable for handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring a neat fastening on a round cord. Used in necklaces, bracelets, charms, key rings and handmade accessories, covering the end of the cord and creating a secure metal point for attachment to a clasp or fastening. Its shape wraps around the cord so that the end remains concealed.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
