5mm flat leather cord, ideal for handmade jewellery, bracelets, necklaces and DIY accessories requiring a flat leather base. The 5mm refers to the width of the cord, i.e. the width that must be taken into account when combining it with end caps, slide beads or clasps designed for flat cord. It can be used on its own or with metal motifs, beads with a suitable hole, magnetic clasps and slider-type components, offering clean lines, a secure fit and a more polished finish for minimalist, unisex or fashion-forward creations.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
