Flat synthetic suede cord, approximately 2.6–2.8 mm wide and 30 metres long, for bracelets, necklaces, chokers, charms, wedding favours, accessories and DIY projects. The velvety suede texture gives a soft, clean and modern look, whilst the flat shape fits beautifully onto end caps, threaded elements and clasps, helping to create many handmade pieces from a single spool with a consistent and polished finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
