Polyester with Satin Twisted Cord 3mm (¬10mtrs)

Polyester with 3mm twisted satin cord (10 metres), 3mm thick and 10 metres long per spool, ideal for handmade jewellery, macramé projects and DIY creations. It is used in bracelets, necklaces, charms, key rings, decorative accessories and designs incorporating metal elements, beads or clasps. Its twisted shape with a satin finish creates a more textured, fabric-like effect, whilst the gold detail adds a bright contrast and a more refined look to the piece.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
