Twisted polyester cord, with a diameter of approximately 2.5 mm and a total length of approximately 30 metres. Ideal for creating necklaces, bracelets, key rings, decorative ties and DIY accessories that require a sturdy cord with a distinct texture. It is used as a base material for weaving, tying, knotting and braided applications. Its round, twisted shape gives the handmade creation a fuller appearance.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
