Zamak cast metal ‘Smile’ bead, with an outer diameter of 7mm, a height of 4.4mm and a hole diameter of 2mm. Ideal for bracelets, necklaces, anklets, key rings and small DIY creations with a playful touch. It can be used as a spacer bead on cord, thread or wire, either on its own or amongst other elements, adding a metallic sheen and a cheerful touch to the design. The round shape and smile design create a clean, cheerful and distinctive look.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
