Cast zamak metal end cap, with external dimensions of 24mm x 23mm and an internal opening of 20.2mm x 10.2mm, for finishing round cords of 6–10mm, bracelets, necklaces and DIY projects. It covers and secures the end of the material, conceals technical points or knots, and provides a clean, sturdy and professional metal finish to thicker handmade creations.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
