Enameled Zamak Charm Teardrop ~12x17mm Ø2.2mm

Metal Zamak Drop Motif with Enamel, approximately 12mm wide, 17mm high and with a hole diameter of 2.2mm. Ideal for necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets and handmade jewellery with pearlescent colour details. Used as a decorative element threaded onto cord, thread or wire, either on its own or amongst other beads. The teardrop shape, combined with the pearlescent finish of the enamel, creates a luminous effect with subtle depth.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
