An irregularly shaped cast zamak metal link with an external diameter of 21mm and an internal opening of Ø7.6mm, suitable for handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring a metal geometric element with a freer, more organic line. It is used in necklaces, bracelets, earrings, charms and decorative applications, either as a central motif or as an intermediate connecting element. Its irregular shape gives the jewellery a more handcrafted and natural feel, as it does not follow a perfectly symmetrical circle, whilst the internal opening of Ø7.6mm leaves space for threading, connecting or suspending other elements.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
