Irregular oval Zamak motif, 12mm wide, 19mm long and with a hole diameter of 5.6x2.6mm. Ideal for bracelets, necklaces, key rings and contemporary DIY creations. It is used as a central or intermediate motif on flat cord of a compatible width, offering a secure fit without the need for an additional clasp and allowing for clean, minimalist designs. The irregular oval shape with its smooth, curved surface is reminiscent of a pebble and lends an organic fluidity and contemporary character.

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
