Irregular Oval Zamak Cast Metal Element, 27mm wide and 32mm long. Ideal for decorative applications in handmade jewellery and DIY projects requiring a more organic geometric line. It can be used as a pendant or connecting element in necklaces, bracelets, earrings, charms and accessories, and can be combined with jump rings, chains, cords, beads and metal motifs.     Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
