Metal Bronze Macramé Heart Bead, 10mm wide, 11mm high and 0.8mm thick. Ideal for macramé bracelets, necklaces, charms, wedding favours and small DIY creations with symbolic meaning. It is used as a central element, with waxed cord, thin cords or threads woven and tied around its open outline, whilst it is combined with beads and small metal motifs. The heart shape adds a subtle romantic touch and keeps the design light, clean and distinct.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
