Zamak metal heart pendant, 18mm long, 35mm high and with a 2.2mm diameter hole. Ideal for pendant designs, decorative centrepieces and romantic details in handmade jewellery and DIY projects. It can be used with cords, chains, beads or metal components in necklaces, bracelets, charms, wedding favours and decorative arrangements, as well as for designs requiring a striking motif that is easy to thread.     Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
