Zamak End Cap Tube 4x20mm Ø2.1mm

Cast Zamak Metal Cap End Cap, approximately 4mm wide, 20mm long and with a hole diameter of Ø2.1mm. Ideal for finishing handmade jewellery and DIY projects using cord or fine threading materials. Used as a cap end on necklaces, bracelets, charms and pendant designs, helping to conceal or accentuate the joining point. Its elongated shape lends a more natural, soft line to the design and acts as a subtle transition between the cord and the other metal elements.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
