Cast Zamak Metal Oval Thru-Hole Bead, with an outer diameter of 24mm in width and 20mm in height, and an inner through-hole of 20mm in width and 10mm in height. Ideal for use with thick cords in handmade jewellery and DIY projects. Used as a metal spacer in bracelets, necklaces, charms and accessories, particularly with round cords of approximately 10mm or other materials requiring a large opening. Its oval shape helps the cord to pass through the component and adds a striking curved metal detail to the design.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
