Zamak Slider 8x13mm Ø10.2x5.1mm

A cast zamak metal element with an external dimension of 8mm high x 13mm wide and an internal opening of approximately 10.2mm wide x 5.1mm high, ideal for handmade jewellery and DIY projects using cords or flat materials. It can be used in bracelets, necklaces, accessories, charms and many other creations, whilst its opening is suitable for cords, ribbons or other compatible materials up to approximately 10mm wide and 5mm thick, depending on the hardness and texture of the material. Its cast metal construction ensures a secure fit, a subtle sense of volume and a clean, professional finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
